Where is the Ocean Vibes Tahiti surf school located?
Ocean Vibes Tahiti is a mobile surf school. Our lessons take place on the magnificent black sand beaches located between Mahina and Papenoo, on the North coast of Tahiti.
How to get to the surf spot?
If you have a car, you can join us directly at the surf spot located between Mahina and Papenoo, depending on the conditions. If you don’t have a rental car, don’t worry, we organize a free transfer to the surf spots. We depart from Paea and go to Mahina. Please contact us to find out the exact address of the surf spot based on the conditions and to arrange a pick-up location for the free transport.
What equipment is included in the surfing course?
We provide all the necessary surfing equipment: a board suited to your size and skill level (please send us this information), leash, and fins are also included. Just remember to bring your coral-safe sunscreen, towel, rash guard or tight-fitting t-shirt, swimsuit, and a change of clothes for after your session.
Do you need to book in advance or can you just go there without booking?
Since our surf school is mobile, it’s necessary to book in advance so we can get you a suitable surfboard and guarantee a spot in your surf lesson in Tahiti. You can view our available time slots or add more using the link below, or contact us directly.
What type of payment is accepted?
Payment can be made by cash, local bank check or bank transfer if you book one week or more in advance.
