PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION (FOR MINORS)
I, the undersigned …………………………… authorize my son/daughter to take a surf lesson. I certify that he/she is medically fit for sports activities and knows how to swim.
Consequently, I release Angélo LESIZZA and OCEAN VIBES from all liability in the event of an accident occurring to them, or caused as a result of their potential physical or medical unfitness or failure to follow the instructor’s safety instructions.
I declare that I have read the general terms and conditions of sale.

INSURANCE
It is recommended that clients take out, with the insurer of their choice, an insurance policy covering personal injuries to which sports practice may expose them.
CANCELLATION OF LESSONS
- Weather conditions: In the event of poor weather conditions (insufficient waves, waves too large, poor water quality, etc.), lessons that did not take place will be rescheduled or refunded if the client cannot be present on the rescheduled date.
- Client commitment: Lessons reserved by the client are considered due and will not be refunded, except upon presentation of supporting documentation.
THEFT OF PROPERTY
The client is responsible for the equipment as well as their personal belongings in case of loss or theft.
IMAGE RIGHTS
The client authorizes OCEAN VIBES to use photos and/or films that may have been taken during lessons within the limits of the surf school’s promotion.
